Introduction
Located in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir, Leh and Ladakh are known as a trekker’s paradise. Leh and Ladakh are connected by air, so you can reach Leh from Delhi airport. There is currently no train service to Leh and Ladakh. Leh and Ladakh are only accessible by road from the rest of India during the summer months. In winter, due to heavy snowfall, the roads are closed. The best time to visit Leh and Ladakh is from June to October each year.
There is no other place on earth that matches the scenic beauty of Ladakh and the joy you can experience here. Irregular with colorful flags fluttering, dramatic mountains, and unforgettable landscapes, Ladakh is a feast for the eyes that also offers plenty of adventure sports.
